It is led by Wilder Research in partnership with community-serving organizations, funders and volunteers (including representatives of the Bush Foundation). The site contains highlights of the annual Giving USA report, which provides a profile of giving from all sources. It also provides information to help organizations select fundraising consultants.

Charities Review Council

The Charities Review Council is a nonprofit, Minnesota-based, independent organization that works to promote informed charitable giving. The Council conducts detailed reviews of national and local charitable organizations that solicit in Minnesota. The results of these reviews (which are based on accountability standards in the areas of public disclosure, governance, financial activity and fundraising) are available to the public free of charge.
