Minneapolis, MN — We are funding The Legal Revolution, a program of All Square, for their work to transform the legal field by incorporating the expertise of currently and formerly incarcerated individuals, making the field more racially equitable, and improving the mental health and wellness of those in the field. The Legal Revolution will further develop and implement their Prison-to-Law Pipeline program and their innovative law firm. The Pipeline program is for incarcerated individuals to receive legal education, with tracks for American Bar Association (ABA)-approved paralegal degrees and ABA-accredited Juris Doctorate degrees. The Firm will serve as a training ground for Pipeline graduates and will engage communities most impacted by incarceration to increase their engagement in the legal field.
