
BIOGRAPHY
John Otterlei joined the Bush Foundation in September 2008. He spent 27 years at Piper Jaffray Companies in several leadership capacities including head of mergers and acquisitions in the Investment Banking division and head of the Private Capital Group, which offered a series of alternative asset investment funds.
John received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota in mathematics and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is a trustee of the FB Heron Foundation and is also an independent director of the Roxbury Capital complex of mutual funds.
