Naaima Khan joined the Bush Foundation as a Ron McKinley Philanthropy Fellow in 2015. Now a Program Manager with the Community Innovation team, she helps develop the Foundation's relationships, identifies investment opportunities and consults with grantees and community partners. She leads evaluation work as well as work on diversity, equity and inclusion at the Foundation. Naaima has a master’s in Public Policy with a concentration in nonprofit studies from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to starting at the Foundation, she was a program officer with Greater Twin Cities United Way in the issue area of homelessness. Naaima serves on the board of the Islamic Resource Group and the Eastern Twin Cities Islamic Center (formerly known as the Islamic Society of Woodbury).
