Washington, DC — Partnership for Equitable and Resilient Communities (PERC), a collaborative effort of the Amalgamated Foundation, is bringing national funding to support efforts in St. Paul (and up to 15 additional cities nationwide) to ensure Black, Indigenous, and Latino/a/x people living in low-wealth, under-resourced communities have a say in how government dollars are spent.
