As the Learning & Evaluation Manager, Erica leads evaluation and learning across all of the Foundation’s programs to support our operating value of doing “more good, every year”. She is pleased to have found a job that combines her passions for data, storytelling, learning and community engagement.
Erica joined the Bush Foundation in April 2016 and also serves on the board of the Minnesota Evaluation Association. Erica has had many jobs that have helped her on her journey to the Bush Foundation. Prior to joining the Bush Foundation, she worked for the Minnesota Historical Society as an educator, program developer and evaluator. She also worked as a second-grade classroom teacher, a music instructor and an art conservation assistant.
Erica is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin but loves her adopted home of Minneapolis. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with an individualized degree in Music, Studio Art and American Studies. In her spare time, she enjoys to garden, cook, explore museums and play bass clarinet in the City of Lakes Community Band.
