Erica joined the Bush Foundation in April 2016 as the Learning & Evaluation Manager. She is excited to have found a job that combines her passions for data, arts & culture, education and community engagement.
Erica has had many jobs that have helped her on her journey to the Bush Foundation. Prior to joining the Bush Foundation, she worked for the Minnesota Historical Society as an educator, program developer and evaluator. She also worked as a second grade classroom teacher, a music instructor and an art conservation assistant (just to name a few).
Erica is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin but loves her adopted home of Minneapolis. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with an individualized degree in Music, Studio Art and American Studies. In her spare time she enjoys to garden, cook, explore museums and play bass clarinet in the Calhoun Isles Community Band.
