Grand Forks, ND — Native Nations Rebuilders Program (cohort 6) - Whitefishwoman worked her way through college while juggling multiple jobs and raising her five children. She earned her undergraduate degree from Minot State University and law degree from the University of North Dakota (UND). In law school, she served as the president of the Native American Law Students Association. Whitefishwoman currently works as a law clerk for the Tribal Judicial Institute, an organization housed at UND that focuses on tribal law enforcement development and enhancement, and the design and enhancement of tribal justice systems.
