As the Talent & Learning Associate, Gao coordinates learning and development for the people who work at the Foundation and manages the operational aspects of all our human resources work. Gao previously served as the co-chair of the Foundation’s internal equity team. She is happy that her current role lets her work across the organization with each and every single one of her colleagues.
Prior to joining the Foundation in 2016, Gao worked for the State of Minnesota in several roles in the workforce development division at DEED. She graduated with an elementary education major and human relations minor and brings these experiences to enhance her current role. She can usually be found thinking up ideas to infuse fun at the Foundation. In her spare time she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and pets.
