The Big Idea

Voices for Racial Justice wants people who are currently or formerly incarcerated, their families and other advocates to be at the center of advancing prison justice and criminal justice reform. A comprehensive problem solving process will address how Minnesota’s school discipline practices, employment options and housing play roles in mass incarceration. Partners at all levels hope to draft a breakthrough statewide criminal justice reform agenda.
