Chief Operating Officer

We're seeking an inspirational, curious and collaborative leader to join the Bush Foundation as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will be an organizational integrator, a key thought partner to the President, and will provide leadership to a broad set of team members, ensuring integrity, equity and transparency in all aspects of finance and operations and  making sure that the Foundation remains a great place to work, learn and grow. The ideal candidate will possess passion for the power of philanthropy to transform communities and a genuine commitment to advancing racial equity, as well as skills to effectively lead and inspire a team of experienced professionals in the areas of finance and investments; program operations; talent, learning and evaluation and communications.

Communications Associate

We're seeking a talented, creative and collaborative person to join the Bush Foundation as Communications Associate. The Communications Associate will be responsible for a broad range of communications activities, with a specific focus on developing and managing digital content. They will be the administrative and operational lead for the 3-person Communications team, and will also help support consistency and effective use of the Bush Foundation’s brand.

Grantmaking Officer (Native nations focus)

We’re looking for a community-minded, intellectually curious and collaborative person to join the Foundation’s grantmaking team as a Grantmaking Officer. This is a great opportunity for someone with deep understanding of and experience with Native culture, history and communities to support the people and communities in this area.
