Working at the Bush Foundation

The people who work at the Bush Foundation are a collaborative and interesting bunch, bringing a wide variety of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. One thing we all have in common is a deep commitment to learning, equity and doing the most good possible in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and the 23 Native nations that share that geography.
The Foundation’s strategy is evolving so that we can have a bigger impact in this region. Read more about the changes that are underway and our investments in racial equity. We’ve updated our organizational structure and many staff roles to align with the new strategy.
If you see a job below that lines up with your skills and interests, we hope you’ll consider taking a closer look. Thanks for your interest in working at the Bush Foundation!

Talent, Learning & Evaluation Coordinator
We’re seeking a new Talent, Learning & Evaluation Coordinator! The Foundation has a strong commitment to both equity and learning and we look for people who are energized by both. If you are the kind of person who sees a mess and wants to put it in order -- who sees a process and wonders if it could be more inclusive, equitable and a few steps simpler -- who hears about a time crunch and wants to help out - this might be the job for you!
