Working at the Bush Foundation

Bush Foundation staff 2019

The people who work at the Bush Foundation are a collaborative and interesting bunch, bringing a wide variety of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. One thing we all have in common is a deep commitment to learningequity and doing the most good possible in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and the 23 Native nations that share that geography.

Right now, the Foundation’s strategy is evolving so that we can have a bigger impact in the region we serve. Read more about the changes that are underway and our new investments in racial equity. We’ve updated our organizational structure and many staff roles to align with the new strategy. And we are adding a number of positions to help us get to where we want to be.

If you see a job below that lines up with your skills and interests, consider submitting an application. We are eager to welcome new colleagues. Thanks for your interest in working at the Bush Foundation!
