Chief Operating Officer
We're seeking an inspirational, curious and collaborative leader to join the Bush Foundation as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will be an organizational integrator, a key thought partner to the President, and will provide leadership to a broad set of team members, ensuring integrity, equity and transparency in all aspects of finance and operations and making sure that the Foundation remains a great place to work, learn and grow. The ideal candidate will possess passion for the power of philanthropy to transform communities and a genuine commitment to advancing racial equity, as well as skills to effectively lead and inspire a team of experienced professionals in the areas of finance and investments; program operations; talent, learning and evaluation and communications.

We’re looking for two experienced leaders who are ready to help people and organizations in the region think bigger and differently about solutions to problems in their communities. The ideal candidates are excited by the chance to work in a complex and collaborative environment, where leadership and accountability are shared and equity is core to the work we do and how we do it.
