Native Governance Center will spread a tested model to improve the financial management and capacity of Tribes within our region over the next six years. This Native-led effort will build leadership, cultivate networks, and establish sustainable financial practices that support Native nations' ability to advance their citizens quality of life, promote Tribal sovereignty and Native self-determination.

This Native-led effort will build leadership, cultivate networks, and establish sustainable financial practices that support Native nations' ability to advance their citizens quality of life, promote Tribal sovereignty and Native self-determination.
This grant will support Native Governance Center (NGC) in building its capacity to develop and embed learning and evaluation across its work in service to its mission. The funds are intended to be flexible in helping NGC grow these practices through a self-determined approach.

Develop and present the session, 'Indigenous Land Acknowledgment: A Community Discussion,' twice at bushCON 2020 on October 5, 2020
Identify, recruit, engage and support a cohort of 25 leaders to attend bushCONNECT on October 1, 2018
