Fort Yates, ND — The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe will hold talking circles and lead a community assessment to guide the development of a network of home and community-based service providers who qualify for Medicare and state reimbursement programs. This network will help elders and adults with disabilities in their community continue living independently.

Fort Yates, ND — Education and training of Tribal Council and informal leaders on nation building and roles and responsibilities of governments.

Total grant amount is $40,640. Of that, $6,000 will be distributed using the Reimbursement Grant Process for a different purpose than the grant itself - see Funding Agreement. The remaining $34,360 is the amount of the revised grant itself.
