Welcome to new Bush staff members

We are celebrating some new Bush colleagues and hope you get to meet them soon!

We push ourselves to always be building a stellar team of people and build an organizational culture that is grounded in our operating values. On that front, we have a couple of staff announcements:

  • Snaps for Ramla Bile, who is the grantmaking director providing strategic leadership for our Ecosystem grants! Some of you already know Ramla, as she most recently served as a grantmaking officer. We’re excited to welcome her in her new role!
  • Cheers for Rebecca Cruse, who joins us as a grantmaking officer based in South Dakota! She brings 15+ years of experience in public service, arts and cultural policy, and community development. We’re thrilled to have her on the Bush team!
  • Hooray for Brendon Reay, who joins us as our managing director of investments. He’s moving here from Maine, where he served as the CIO and CFO of the Maine Community Foundation. We can’t wait to share with him all the must-sees and dos of our region!

And with Brendon joining us, we are celebrating Carol Peterfeso, who is retiring as the managing director of investments and moving to Arkansas to be closer to family. We’re excited for her and grateful for all she has achieved during her time with us!
