Kevin joined Bush Foundation in September 0f 2018 as the IT Administrator. Kevin works with all Bush staff to make sure technology isn't a barrier, and rather can expand the Bush Foundation's work across our region. His previous work experience includes supervision, hiring, interviewing, and training folks in both nonprofit and higher education settings as well as program management and crisis response. He has worked in several Customer Relationship management systems, and has been the person folks turn to in the room when the projector doesn't work for years. Kevin's technology background came early, with a personal life high point being a part of a Lego Robotics National winning team in middle school. He still has the Lego trophy.
Kevin serves currently on a local nonprofit board and volunteers at some local nonprofits. He holds a bachelor degree from Hamline University, and continues to work on his own lifelong learning. Being a full-fledged nerd Kevin can be found outside the office listening to podcasts while walking his dog Pippin, painting miniatures and after playing games with said miniatures, making funny voices and sound effects while playing Dungeons and Dragons, playing sweet board games, and being deeply engrossed in both good and bad science fiction and fantasy media. He can also be seen biking around the Twin Cities, enjoying a tasty beverage, and generally enjoying the quiet joy of being a resident of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
