About Change Networks

There are a lot of people across the region working to make their communities better for everyone. They know that sometimes to make things better you’ve got to change the way you get things done.

Change Networks are unique learning experiences for people in North Dakota and South Dakota who want to build the skills and connections that will help them become more effective leaders. They are designed for people who have the desire and potential to make positive changes where they work.

As our region becomes more diverse, people who want to make their communities better for everyone need to be able to work with folks from all walks of life. That is why our Change Network offerings are focused on providing a unique opportunity to learn how to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Through our partners, we offer cohort-style programs that equip participants to lead change in a more equitable and inclusive manner. Participants not only learn new skills, but also gain new allies who will support them in their work during the program and beyond.

The 2020 Change Network cohorts run from Fall 2020 to Summer 2021.
