Grant for Hope Community

Minneapolis, MN — General operating support to recognize Hope Community for successfully testing the idea of supporting people to buy duplexes in their community, live in one unit and maintain the other as an affordable land trust rental. This idea is being expanded by Family Housing Fund as a wealth creation strategy for families living in the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs.
