As program operations associate, Jen leads the operational and administrative elements of the Foundation’s grantmaking data system to ensure grantmaking programs make the largest impact possible in the communities we serve. She joined the Foundation in 2024.
Prior to joining the Bush Foundation, she supported grantmaking programs at Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless. She has a passion for advocacy work and serving Black, Indigenous and people of color communities that is shaped by her experience as a first-generation Korean-American.
Jen currently serves as board chair for Phillips West Neighborhood Organization and on the board of NeighborWorks Home Partners. She lives in Minneapolis with her partner and in her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and playing video games.
