Kia joined the Bush Foundation in 2014. She is the Executive Assistant to the President and the Board of Directors. She is usually the first person you’ll talk to in the Executive Office – managing the day-to-day of the President and providing ongoing support to the board.
Before joining the Bush Foundation, she was the Operations Manager for a healthcare consulting company, primarily managing the operations for a telemedicine partner and supporting the Chief Medical Officer, CEO and the Vice Presidents. Prior to that position, she was a Program Coordinator for a non-profit organization managing law and conflict resolution programs and trainings for schools and school districts in the Sacramento County area.
Kia graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development and Family Social Science. She and her husband have three girls and one boy.
