Community Innovation Program Manager

Since 2018, Rudy has served as a Community Innovation Program Manager with the Community Innovation team where he supports problem solving processes across the Foundation’s funding region. He has over 20 years of grantmaking and program development experience in nonprofit capacity building.

In 2017, he served as a Peace Corps Response Volunteer at Chernihiv Network for People Living with HIV in the Ukraine. Previously, he managed grants in youth development as a Senior Program Officer at Youthprise. From 2006-2010, he worked as a Program Officer at the Bush Foundation. Prior to this, he worked to increase access to programs and resources at the Arizona Community Foundation, ASU Foundation, and Arizona Commission on the Arts. Rudy has served on several local and national boards and graduated from Arizona State University in 1983 with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, attending cultural events, and biking.
