Standing Rock Sioux Tribe Renewable Energy Power Authority, Incorporated

Fort Yates, ND — A three-year program-related investment (PRI) to SAGE Development Authority to support the successful completion of the pre-development process for the Anpetu Wi (Morning Light) wind farm. This will be a 235MW wind farm owned by the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe to develop energy self-reliance while upholding cultural values, meeting economic goals, and combating climate change.

Anpetu Wi is expected to be the single largest revenue source for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. It will be developed on tribal land and aims to fundamentally change the Tribe's relationship with renewable energy to foster sustainability, sovereignty and good stewardship of Unci Maka (Grandmother Earth).
