Twelve organizations that help create the environment for the education initiatives of others to succeed are the first recipients of the Bush Foundation’s Education Ecosystem Grants.
The Bush Foundation announced today the inaugural recipients of its Leadership Network Grants. These 12 organizations will work to develop leaders who have the skills and cultural agility to provide effective leadership in diverse communities.
The Bush Foundation, through its Community Innovation Grant program, will award nearly $5 million to 34 organizations pursuing breakthrough solutions to community problems – from poverty to human trafficking to economic development.
G. Bryan Fleming has been tapped by the Bush Foundation to serve as its leadership programs director. In this role, Fleming will run the Foundation’s Bush Fellowship and Leadership Network Grants programs.
The event sponsorship program supports events that inspire, equip and connect people to think bigger and think differently about what's possible in their communities. In April, we awarded sponsorship funds to support these organizations' events.
Bush Foundation partners with Headwaters Foundation for Justice, the Consensus Council and the South Dakota Community Foundation to expand reach of its Community Innovation grant program.
